David, I think that will be a great conversation! I would hope you would drill down at the “I” level on what it would take to heal and proceed creatively. It is their future and they need to be creative, not just angry or discouraged. Please share with us what you learn. Grace & Peace, Jack

I'm thinking tomorrow's class will be an art form conversation on their experience of Tuesday.
I'd be very interested in this groups wisdom and suggestions for questions and format.
I have introduced them to the ORID method and facilitated conversations is already an established norm.
