He had colon cancer. He was the Welshman in the trio with Frank Little and Alan Berresford who joined us around the same time in the UK - in 1973 or there-abouts. He played a key role in starting the HDP project in Tairgwaith. I recall that there was a car accident in which he was involved and that he moved on. Some said that we weren't at our best around that issue with him. I am glad Frank Little has been in touch with him, even 10 days ago. He is planning to attend the funeral, in some way representing all of us. I remember the beauty of his Welsh voice.
