One way to come at it would be to consider when the CONSULTS were held . . .Historically, Fifth City would have been first, however . . .This is my immediate recollection, without checking files, plus I had a bit of tequila on the rocks earler . . . 2. Kwang Yung Il Ri JeJu Island, South Korea Actually we did the whole island of Jeju, only later realizing that was dumb 1. Oombulguri Western Australia, Australia 8. In sequence Mowanjum (near Derby in the Kimberleys, Western Australia) was “second” being the first community after Fifth City to implement a full Community Reformulation program. From 1970-1972 the staff were a Religious House. It could be said that Mowanjum acted as a catalyst (primarily from Indigenous elders) for the former Forrest Rover Mission people to return to Oombulurri. They were based on time zones – 24 of them. I think they started with Majuro and ended in Termine di Cagno in Italy in 1976. I Agree with Johnathan. We understood our family assignment to be the "second” community after Fifth City to implement a full Community Reformulation program. And From 1970-1972 the staff were a Religious House. We were assigned to the Kuala Lumpur House when the call came that an opening to replicate 5th City had taken place in Australia & we were to go help with the replication of 5th City. It is our understanding that the image of the 24 projects (one in every time zone) came after our sensing that 5th City could be replicated around the world & Mowanjum was our affirmation that it could be done. We began the replication in Mowanjum by creating a Comprehensive Plan with the Aboriginal community like we had done in 5th City. It would be interesting to see if there is another interpretation from others🌀 Also....what was the conversation/visioning, etc that initiated the development of the vision of the 24?
