Dear Ones on the Journey! I will be 86 in May and happy to be where I am on the Journey. It’s one of discovery, vulnerability, humor and presence. After Christmas while visiting with Bruce and Nancy in Vancouver BC, I experienced a “seizure” with no breakage or pain. My adult children and partners came to the rescue, my daughter Sandy moved in with me at my home at Songaia. I am so well supported by family and community. Some of these qualities look different than 20, 10, even 5 years ago, yet they still hold a life giving spirit for me. Sent with love and appreciation for you all. 💕🎶 Nancy
