From Ann Epps:The photo with John in the Denver House is a press conference announcing the IERD selected projects from the Rocky Mountain region which would be going to the India conference. The woman seated at the table is Nancy Dick, Lieutenant Governor, who was part of the regional IERD steering committee. The Colorado governor, Roy Romer. was also in attendance, but not shown in this photo. The Denver house was heavily involved in all things IERD.
