[Oe List ...] Kendall Richard Kucera

Dear Order Family/Colleagues, It is with sadness and a sense of completion that I report to you that Kendall Richard Kucera died on or around July 21, 2013. He was 52 y/ o. As many of you know he battled with schizophrenia along with alcoholism and at one time, drug dependency - probably to quiet the awful voices in his head. I am relieved that his struggle is over and that his spirit soars freely without those encumbrances. His father died a similar death last September in Nebraska. In caring community, Carol Crow
