[Oe List ...] change to list reply behavior

Just to let everyone know, I have changed the OE list behavior so that when you reply to a list message, the default will be that your reply goes to the sender (not the list). If you want your reply to go to the list, do reply all. The purpose is to cut down short replies that may be less meaningful to the list. Tim
