[Oe List ...] Event and the Story Paper - Where can I find it?

I can't remember if EI had a course specifically called the New Testament, but I definitely remember reading a paper that I think had the title "The Event and the Story" which was about the book of Matthew. What was the name of that paper? Where can I get a copy?
