1986 -1987 Marsman Plantation, Davao Del Norte, Philippines -- Training a community development team from Marsman Plantation supervisors to work with the 5 communities around the plantation. Included designing and implementation of training and community based planning as methodology of both effective participatory development and to protect the plantation in case of armed insurgency through establishing authentic trust relationships with the local communities.
