 2010 - 2014 Lushan Renjia Central School Teacher Development Project – Collaborative project with a private sector sponsor to develop teachers in a school rebuilt after an earthquake.  Focus was on introducting new teaching methods and emotional intelligence to support the students teachers recovering from a traumatic experience but going beyond that to developing new methods and processes to work in classrooms.  As a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility Project) - Larry Philbrook, Jessie Hsiao, Eva Chen, Jackie Hsiao, Amy Chen, Dick West, Eric Tseng, plus others

1986 - 1990 Facilitating Human Development Institute (FHD), - An annual series of programs hosted in various ASEAN nations.  Each program was designed on the basis of the stated needs of community development practitioners from government, private sector, non-profit and communities from across ASEAN. Topic Examples are: Small Scale Economic Development, Chiang Mai Thailand; Cultural Impact on Effective Leadership, Bogor Indonesia; Community Based Planning Processes, Pahang. Malaysia.

1986 -1987 Marsman Plantation, Davao Del Norte, Philippines -- Training a community development team from Marsman Plantation supervisors to work with the 5 communities around the plantation.  Included designing and implementation of training and community based planning as methodology of both effective participatory development and to protect the plantation in case of armed insurgency through establishing authentic trust relationships with the local communities. (Talekau’s rejoined the project and became staff)
