I found myself at odds with the curriculum and the set up of the program. Jim Wiegel was in Lorimor helping with the preliminary set-up and he was listening to my grumblings. After several minutes he asked, "Well Jan, what is your three point plan?" A scratch your eyes out moment or time for growth and realization that I had choice and was an active creator of the consensus. Jim, did I ever thank you?
