Blase & Jan,
Our family celebrates your upcoming wedding with Joy, Awe, Sacredness and Gratitude for your union of Hearts/Souls/Beingness. We will be there in spirit presence with you.
And Jim, I’ve not seen that document, and am very interested! My husband and I haven’t made a missional symbol- although our vows were unique and we were married by Don Radshke (sp?). We used symbology of NSEastW/Center and sang some Order songs.

Looking forward to seeing your family document -- materials available on the global archives website. especially recommend the revisions that the Vance's worked on (Cynthia and Bob) for a missional family retreat they organized while priors in Chicago.

Jan Sanders and I want you all to know about our upcoming wedding. We want you to share in our excitement as we start this new adventure! We found this quote from Pierre Teilhard de Chardin to be helpful. If you have any wisdom, quotes, or poetry to share about love and marriage, please share! Thanks! *Blase* "Love is an adventure and a conquest. It survives and develops like the universe itself only by perpetual discovery. The only right love is that between couples whose passion leads them both, one through the other, to a higher possession of their being. Put your faith in the spirit which dwells between the two of you. You have each offered yourself to the other as a boundless field of understanding, of enrichment, of mutually increased sensibility. You will meet above all by entering into and constantly sharing one another's thoughts, affections, and dreams. There alone, as you know, in spirit, which is arrived through flesh, you will find no disappointments, no limits. There alone the skies are ever open for your love; there alone lies the great road ahead." [image: image.png]
