I remember hearing Mathews, on more than one occasion, speak of his own “inverted racism.” This shows up on the bottom right of the chart as “reverse racism.”

Last week a French teacher at a public charter school in Wake Forest, NC caught a lot of flack for posting this poster, which links 'Make America Great Again' to covert white supremacy. Fox News didn't like it. Neither did many parents. This 'white supremacy pyramid' (or 'iceberg') chart was adapted from http://www.racialequitytools.org/resourcefiles/olcese.pdf that reflects an understanding of the 'intersectionality' of oppression. I highly recommend this document. Marshall Jones
