I checked in with Tom Bailey and Lynn Bailey Brailsford via FB. Here's
Tom's reply:

"We're fine, power back on, spotty cell service, no internet/satellite.
Approximately 12 structures washed away by the French Broad, which rose to
16 above Main Street in Marshall. Lynn evacuated to Greensboro. Thanks for
asking!"
