Dear Nelson, my dear friend,

We have been through a lot together.  ICA International in our earlier days was a trial by fire. We made it through.  

Then we showed up in leadership of ICA USA.  I felt secure with you around. You had a depth of technical knowledge, you had a great understanding of TOP’s history and database, you wouldn’t let go of ICA USA finances until we got it on good working grounds, you worked with Chris to bring him on board. You are always a person to stick through thick and thin and I would be willing to go into the fire with you anywhere, any time.  

I’m sorry I can’t be on this last journey with you. I know you have done deep thinking about it. Hospice is a wonderful program and I trust you will be accompanied and comfortable.  

I send you love and prayers. Your spirit is imprinted permanently in the lives of those your touched.
