Beautiful song and so appropriate for our time today.  Thank you for sharing.  
While in Aspen for some climate change conferences John Denver invited us to his home there.  And his intro to this song reminded me so much of that evening with him and his wife and his introductions to the songs he played for us were much like this one where he connected us to the situation where in which he wrote the song.
