I met a young woman from Richgrove this week. It was fun to tell her about the project that resulted in the town having a water and sewer system. I even sang to her: "This is Richgrove", to the tune of "De Colores". 1979, right?

I believe the number 12 does belong to the 12 in the US - not the 24 Demonstration Projects.
