[Oe List ...] Mailing lists cleanup

I try to minimize posting mailing list business, but here is a little bit
that seems necessary.

I am attempting to cleanup the mailings list subscriptions. I unsubscribed
nearly all the emails that are marked "no mail" by "the administrator".
These are emails that are subscribed but don't get any list mail. (Your
email account on which you received this is obviously not one of these,
because you are getting this message!)

Some of you might have subscribed more than one email on purpose so you
could post messages to the list from multiple places without getting the
list mail in all those places. It's also possible that I did this for you
when I saw attempts to post a message from an obviously valid person using
an non-subscribed email (I sometimes do this in self-defense so I don't
have to approve a lot of messages).

So - if you got wedgeblade.net email saying one of your accounts was
unsubscribed, that is what is going on.  Probably nothing needs to be done,
but write me if you think I got it wrong, and you want the other email (the
one the message said was unsubscribed) subscribed.
