Why do the signs on the buildings here and in Porterville (only 2 I've
observed, perhaps part of the 100, but that seems a little unlikely) say
"Anglican?"

This is really quite inaccurate. As Bud T. has also pointed out. The
"schism" of the Episcopal Church was highly overrated. Quite a small group (like
4 Bishops and part of the membership of fewer than 100 churches) left and
formed their own thing which is not recognized by anyone.

The Episcopal Church itself seems to be doing just fine, including
attracting not only those supportive of LGBT people and women, but also a fair
number of disenchanted ex-Catholics, particularly from Latin America.
