Randy,

Good thinking. The anniversary date is an incredible coincidence. If you
would think of what might be a 21st Century story that would affirm that
amendment might contain it might be a great symbolic way to start. Such a
document could go virile if done well.

Maybe the place to start, as Jack suggested, is with a new story regarding
