[Dialogue] Attention: Another new viewing option: New Teilhard documentary

 Hi Folks,
I'm forwarding this new viewing opportunity for the new documentary on the life, work, and vision of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.  It is an excellent documentary, beautifully filmed.  It relays not only the story of Teilhard the man, priest, scientist, and writer but also his vision of the DIVINE in all creation's evolutionary past, present and future.  It is 2 hours long and well worth the time to watch it.  DVDs are also available.  The OE/EI/ICA was greatly influenced by Teilhard, one of its spirit/science mentors.
There is also a segment in the film where Jean Houston is interviewed.  When she was a kid living in NYC, she literally ran into Teilhard on the sidewalk and knocked him over.  That began a friendship where they met to walk in Central Park every Tuesdays.  Her life was greatly influenced by "Mr. Tayer", as she used to call him, not understanding his French accent.
That reminds me of the weekend (or longer?) when Jean Houston came to Chicago for a workshop.  She had us all slithering on the floor like one of Eisley's snouts emerging from the primordial waters and exploring a new world.

New Ways to Tune In To
TEILHARD: Visionary Scientist  Thank you to all in the Baltimore-Washington region who tuned in to Teilhard: Visionary Scientist on Sunday.  We send along Maryland Public Television’s apology for the technical difficulty that cut the program off 5 minutes from the end.  They have already scheduled an encore broadcast for July 21, at 4:00 pm.
 
You don’t need to wait that long, however, to find out the ending.  There are now streaming options.  
 
As we wrote before, anywhere in the US and territories you can download the free PBS app to your television (or watch on PBS Passport if you already have it). Download the app here:  https://www.mpt.org/anywhere/pbs-app/
 
When you sign into the PBS app you’ll need to search for the title Teilhard: Visionary Scientist.  It will be available for streaming free for the next two years.  
 
Here is NEWS, especially for our INTERNATIONAL friends.  With a new streaming link that follows, you can just click on it, and the link will take you directly to the film, no password or searching required.  We have had reports that it is working in multiple countries.  So, if it doesn’t work for you, let us know.   This link will also be available for 2 years, however only on your computer or tablet.
