It is an excellent documentary, beautifully filmed. It relays not only the story of Teilhard the man, priest, scientist, and writer but also his vision of the DIVINE in all creation's evolutionary past, present and future. It is 2 hours long and well worth the time to watch it. DVDs are also available. The OE/EI/ICA was greatly influenced by Teilhard, one of its spirit/science mentors.</font></div><div style="" dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><font size="2"><br></font></div><div style="" dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><font size="2">There is also a segment in the film where Jean Houston is interviewed. When she was a kid living in NYC, she literally ran into Teilhard on the sidewalk and knocked him over. That began a friendship where they met to walk in Central Park every Tuesdays. Her life was greatly influenced by "Mr. Tayer", as she used to call him, not understanding his French accent.</font></div><div style="" dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><font size="2"><br></font></div><div style="" dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><font size="2">That reminds me of the weekend (or longer?) when Jean Houston came to Chicago for a workshop.
