[Dialogue] Getting to the Bottom of ToP is finally published!

Congratulations Jo. You've put a lot of life into the book. I recall when
Wayne began writing and appreciate all that it took for you to continue the
work you started together and to bring the book to publication. I am
looking forward to reading time.
