[Dialogue] [Oe List ...] Further thoughts on the future - the easy one

I am on both lists so I don't miss anything.

The one annoyance I have is the frequency with which people respond to the
same message on both lists. This, to me, is an indication of confusion,
either of the lists themselves or of the users. I am in at least one othe
community that operates multiple lists with different purposes and I have
never seen this cross-responding issue before.

If there is a need to maintain two lists, I think simpler, clearer
delineation of the intents is called for (perhaps along the lines that
Shelley articulated). If you are sending a message and feel you want/need
to send it to both lists, that is an indication of a problem. . . iMHO. Of
course.
