[Dialogue] Minor explotions

Ellie,

The Times of India says that they are "low intensity" explosions.  Doesn't seem to be a major terrorist hit.  I know India and lived through the bombings in Mumbai which were huge.  These were not that.  Clarity is yet to emerge.
