I can remember he and Joe quietly chatting about song lyrics (on the West Side). I seem to recall that he introduced Joe to Carlos Castaneda. Perhaps Kaze might add a story or two. I think he left the Order after 'The Great Turn'. I saw him in '77 while I was on Circuits for Development. At that time he was comfortably 'born again'. He was a startlingly lovely human being.
