Your mention of Doughnut Economics brought up the summer film series we are doing here. The first two got good reception and brought out some new volunteers: Facing Adversity, Choosong Earth, Choosing Life, the Duane Elgin film, and Breaking Boundaries, narrated by David Attenborough. Rob, my practice: I am somewhat physically limited so I do a Joe Dispenza meditation most days, usually about an hour though he has shorter ones as well. The difference it makes for me is awareness of a kind of synchronicity to my days. Not necessarily easier, but things just seem to fall in place in often unexpected ways. The difference it makes for me is awareness of a kind of synchronicity to my days. Not necessarily easier, but things just seem to fall in place in often unexpected ways.
