It's so long ago I couldn't remember. I was the one who did the organizing of it. One of the participants was President of the British Methodist Church several years ago, David Gamble. They were at his Texas home. The funeral will be held there among his family friends perhaps as early as tomorrow. At a later date, a memorial service will be held in Chicago.
