Having been breathing for 75 years, I stand ready to celebrate it all. When I stood at the end of 25, I created a 20 year time line for my life's direction. I did the same again at 45. At 65, I was beginning to be aware that a day would come sooner than later when I will have breathed in a final breath. So, it made sense at the time to create only a ten year timeline. Upon reflection, I must admit that the last ten years has been chock full of lessons learned. More so, even than the first 65 all together. I have been retired from a money making career for the past ten years. I have not been tied to a rigid time frame, nor have I had to be somewhere. All of life, every day has been totally up to me. Time and space were according to my own volition, not driven by the need to make money to survive. During this past ten years, and it has taken this long, I have been learning to free myself of living someone else's dream, accommodating them by what I do and when I do it. In the past ten years, according to my timeline's guidance, my inner mind and heart have been connecting with Soul's purpose in a whole new way. I am finally experiencing freedom. I listen to my intuitions and make decisions accordingly. My sense of social responsibility is more closely aligned with listening to real needs. My participation in responding to suffering is more realistically correlated to my age related abilities. I now stand at the apex of this 75th year with the intention to compromise on the time span of a timeline. I may die on the way, but, Hey!, that's what ut's all about! The next timeline, 15 years, will be a journey of developing the discipline of living fully in the present moment, right where I am. The "goals" will be filled with compassion and delight. As I breathe in I am breathing a final breath on 75 years on earth. *As I breathe out I am breathing unto the first moment of the new timeline's essence.* *Judi White, Crescent City, FL.*

As I breathe out I am breathing unto the first moment of the new timeline's essence.

Dear Judi, There seem to be special places of transition in life, the four phases, now a 5th phase seems to have emerged. Then there are the 4 quarters of the century that also brings about new stories and markings, celebrations! Others in our lives might seem more unique and personal, yes? I remember with delight the meeting of your “first family”? The meeting of your daughter and her father. I will always be appreciative that I invited you to Songaia for the interchange and that I was invited to be present. An incredible event in your life and mine. So, I celebrate with you 75 spins around the sun and the gift of you to the world.with love and memories, 🎶💕 Nancy

Thank you, dear Judy, wise woman at the young age of 75. You mentioned “delight” as one of your next 15 year goals. May I recommend Ross Gay’s “The Book of Delights,” a collection of essays, written each day of one year, as a record of the “small joys/delights” experienced by the award winning poet, author teacher.
