Lyn Edwards portrait
I have painted a portrait of Lyn Edwards. It is in oil and 14x18. A few folks have asked for prints in a smaller size so I thought I’d check and see if anyone else is interested before making prints. Prints can be either on canvas or heavy watercolor paper. And of course, the original is also for sale ;). Pricing will depend on how many ask for prints to lower the cost. Thanks for your interest! Elizabeth, What a beautiful portrait of Lyn! I was good friends with her for many years and my daughter is Alexandra Lyn, named for Lyn. I would be interested in a smaller print as well -- mentioned by someone else...can you keep in touch and forward any information about that, and price, size, etc.? Hi Elizabeth, You're no shabby artist my dear!! This is magnificent.! Keep me posted. This week is really busy for us. Australians are celebrating 20 years since the Bridge Walk on May 28th 2000.. In Sydney 1/4 million people walked across the bridge which was closed to traffic all day. Hohn and I were employed with an Aboriginal staff member in the Sydney office responsible for the state of New South Wales. People walked across their local bridges all over OZ. Via Zoom there are several sites for people to link into for Bridge Walk stories but more importantly what has happened since this memorable event. Dear Elizabeth, You have painted an extraordinary likeness of our beloved Lyn. Those who knew her loved her for her very self. I won’t buy a print, just because I have no place to hang it where we live. A tiny apartment here in Leichhardt, a suburb of Sydney.
