Re: [Oe List ...] Fw: Colorado Wildfires
When I flew from LA to Denver last Thursday on my way to Lubbock, TX and my mother's interment, there were many firefighters on board. Jann In a message dated 7/3/2012 7:28:30 P.M. I just talked to her on the phone, and she was telling about people being bused into their burned-out Colorado Springs neighborhoods and how hard it was to realize that all they owned was now rubble. My sister and husband and my niece live in Littleton, on the south side of Denver, the side toward Colorado Springs. My niece babysits for a family whose father is a fireman in Colorado Springs. He's been working constantly - and the firemen feel so bad that they can't do more. My sister says, " People are finally starting to talk about global warming!" My comment: Thank goodness for that! We all need to work together to care for the planet. Thanks for sending this. Janice
