Dear Colleagues around the world, I just returned from a journey to Istanbul and a great visit with my longtime colleague Christina Bache Fidan who agreed to be our presenter for the first virtual presentation of the Peace and Governance Theme of the ICA Nepal Conference on August 30th...just a few days away. Christina will lead a dialogue on the volatile dynamics in the Middle East, focused on Turkey's internal challenges and its relationship with Iraq, particularly northern Iraq.
