I am reading a book that challenges me so thought I would share it with you. 

It is called Age of Discovery: Navigating the Risks and Rewards of our new Renaissance  by Ian Goldin with Chris Kutarna at Oxford University.  Ian was an adviser to President Nelson Mandela.

They have a whole research team from Oxford working with them.
