Yes, that was Majuro Consult II.  We completed the Majuro Consult I Document belatedly, just before heading for Majuro in 1976.  The Document became the springboard for the next iteration of the Project.  The cover was yellow (as you can see).  At that Consult II Fishel declared, “If any of us die we will do so with a yellow book in our hand!”  Marilyn
