The Marshall family has asked that I share this announcement with the Order community. Wayne, David, Kathy and Teresa Marshall are all copied on this message, so you may wish to reach out to them directly.

Ruth Wilson Merrifield (Ruth Marshall) passed 5/4/2022 in the morning around 2am peacefully in her sleep with her children nearby. After almost 6 months in hospice care, and over the last month especially, her children sent her out with lots of love, songs and prayers.  They sang her into bliss and peace using all the Order Song Books.  She lived a full life of adventure, grace and love. She could not speak well during the last several weeks but the one thing she could say was Love… I love you… love you… 

There will be a Zoom memorial hosted by son Wayne Marshall, on June 25th at 1 p.m. (US Pacific Time). We hope many of you who knew her in the Order can join with us to celebrate her life.  More details about the memorial will follow.
