Hello Everyone.  Blessings to you all.
Please read on if interested, delete if not interested, in this fund raising email for a 501c3 organization that I'm a part of.
I'm writing this letter because some 1st Generation folks expressed an interest in learning and supporting what some 2nd Generation folks were doing in the world.  I share this story, knowing that we are all differently resourced (have different incomes), and I don't have any attachments to the outcome.  But I do love sharing stories of good stuff happening in the world.  So here goes this story.

Dance Collective Northwest is a young organization of people (of all ages) who love to dance.  www.dancecampnorthwest.org
Contact Improv, Fusion/Partner Dancing, Free Style Dancing, and more.
We emphasize:
Additionally we are growing and expanding our connections.  Last year, during our open space time, we created a safe place to talk about racism, and two Native elders stepped forward to help lead us in a transformative grief ritual.  It was not on the program, but the beauty of open space allows Spirit to show up in these wonderful ways.

We are young as an organization and growing.  The funds are used for many things including:
*providing scholarships for single parents and their kids (we have a kids program)
*providing scholarships to elders and low income families
*bringing teachers to our camp from various parts of the country
*investing in locally sourced organic foods which support small farmers and sustainable agriculture
