PhD Thesis Title and Abstract
Turkish Private Sector Development in Northern Iraq
Christina's aim is to describe the influence of Turkey's Private Sector in Northern Iraq. To what extent can the Turkish private sector not only contribute to an easing of relations between Turkey and the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG), but also contribute to an increase in stability and facilitate reconstruction in the KRG governed region despite an on-going war in Iraq? In-depth interviews and semi-structured observations will be conducted.
