It has long been a desire of mine to write a brief document that would
introduce a new generation of leadership to the historical insights and
wisdom of ICA. Now that I am on Sabbatical after having completing my tour
of duty as the chief executive at ICA-USA, I finally found time to complete
it. For those of you who remain interested in such matters, please find it
attached.
