Wow, thanks for this conversation. Actually, I have 2 sons turning 40 in 2017, along with their cohort of friends. Bit of a hump, the 40th, to one friend, so was looking around for wisdom on that leap from 2 to 3 . . .

I have a chart I worked on with 5 phases to take me to 100. I am at church prepping for our Tidings of Joy. I will send it tomorrow. I worked with the one we had back when.
