There may be two different sets of songs. Frank has already reproduced (some time ago) some song CDs. I do not know if there is another possible CD that needs to be created from a vinyl record. Perhaps someone who actually knows can enlighten us. When Frank makes his CDs available, I am sure he will give us an exact description of what he is offering.

Frank and all, as I promised, I will collect all the song CD  requests sent both to the list and to me privately and furnish them to Frank when he is ready. Most (but not all) do not have addresses, so unfortunately there will need to be another round of people making orders including addresses and sending money, so I am not sure how much use the  list will be to you. At a minimum you can send out instructions to all the folks who asked. Let me know (privately) when you are ready and I will send you the list of folks. Of course Frank can also send instructions (once) to the list(s), which hopefully will not trigger another round of our folks responding to the list :-)

Tim,
I have produced a 2 CD set that was used for ICA gift to contributors and the Board.  I also produced the set for Archive and sent them 20 copies.  I made a proposal to Jack (have not heard back) that I would produce as many sets as people want for a $25 contribution of which I would get $15 for producing and mailing.  I asked him to set it up and let me know what's up.  No word as yet.

I have offered to help Paula (or anyone else) to get the songs CD out.  As you can imagine it is extraordinarily inefficient to send an email out to 250 list members just to tell one person "add me too".

1. Collect all the "me too" names from the list that were already posted (e.g. those who requested a copy of an order songs CD.)
 
2. Collect any more requests via my private emails sent to me (not the list) if you would like the songs CD. Sent to tim@tswegner.net.
 
3. Work with Paula or any other appropriate people to distribute the songs when ready.
 
4. When CDs or online mp3's are ready, I will announce this to the lists when the songs are ready, so there's no urgency to get your order in.
