I, now 72, ran my 20th marathon on Sunday, the Raleigh City of Oaks Marathon. I've been running one a year and will run the Boston Marathon in April 2018, perhaps my last.

I finished in 4:29:44 and was first in my age group in the top half of both men and all runners.
