The third photo was Elise with Eileen Ruby, who lived on the 7th floor for a year or two. The gentleman is Bob Morgan who was on the Board in the 1990- 2000's?. He was Sheldon's best friend and he did alot of assistance with the building HVAC systems.

Fred Haman, yes, according to blackboard was 1983.  Possibly in 5th City Training Inc.  (not the correct name, but something like that).  As I recall Shirley and Theo Mueller, Karen Snyder, Fred, and Christine  Harris were the staff.
