Subject: GreenRise as a national demonstration

The GreenRise Historic Restoration Project is not just a Chicago endeavor, but a national demonstration of how to take a vintage building and get it as close to Net Zero energy efficient as possible. This fact was driven home by the project being featured in a national publication along with a new construction project by another nonprofit in Washington, DC. The publication is called “Retrofit,” and the article is titled “Aiming for Zero” which I have attached from their Jan-Feb 2018 issue for your interest.

BTW, we are only about $23,000 short of our $300,000 Capital Campaign goal.
