Hi Tim, Mary Laura and Ted;

I think I am rather slow in responding to this request.I really have missed a lot of emails while I was ill and summoning up enough energy so that I could have an operation.  I would like to attend Betty's memorial service.  I have been both greatly distracted and rather sick up, not at all operating on all cylinders, until the time of my surgery.  IF possible I would like to attend the service.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

 

The Nixon - Pesek family will be hosting a Memorial Service for Betty Pesek to be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 2pm with a reception and conversation to follow. The service will be held at the Institute of Cultural Affairs GreenRise Center located at 4750 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago, Illinois. Parking is available in the ICA parking lot across the street. Parking passes are available at the front desk in the ICA lobby.

 

Betty was a much beloved volunteer, spiritual leader and master archivist of the ICA history for over 40 years. In respect to this, the Nixon-Pesek family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Institute of Cultural Affairs (www.ica-usa.org).
