I only knew the Stovers through John and Lynda. My experience is rich in spirit, inspiring,admiring of the continuation of the mission and Nelson's pietry ans Elaine's amazing i public gardens. And, oh yes, breakthrough experimentation of internetaccess in village. I hold this compassionate pioneer in my memory as an ongoing reminder of our purpose for living. We celebrate the life and service of this man and give thanks for our having the opportunity to work with him and Elaine for the past 20 plus years in North Carolina,

plus associations since religious house days in the 70’s. We were in the North Shore of Chicago House and they were in the South House of Chicago which met periodically.
