Re: [Dialogue] Action will remove the doubt… quote
Tehyi Hsieh is an author... Selected Pearls of Buddhism, and Confucius Said it First. I think he is the guy. But I don't have conclusive proof. I don't know why the first name is so varied all over the Google-sphere. Didn't we use this quote in the present tense? "Action removes the doubt that theory cannot solve." Is that a LENS quote? This does not answer your question, I know, but...... I don't know who said it first, or where we first read it. Doris On Fri, Dec 18, 2015 at 12:04 AM, Nancy Trask via Dialogue < dialogue@lists.wedgeblade.net> wrote:

As one of the persons who taught dozens of Lens programs, one of the five quotes we put up was the one Doris said. Now I don’t know what action will remove the doubt that David Dunn has, but I suggest he go with it and then see if any Chinese scholar sues to have his name attached! Jack

The quote [in the present tense] was printed on a large poster for LENS, and the author is Hsieh, or so we said at the time.
