Thank you, Sunny, for sharing this. I loved the event last year but will be in Florida this year on those dates. I’m sorry to miss it. If you have access to the methodology, my niece is the head of a NYC nonprofit and would love to adapt it for their year end review. That sounds amazing! She could come - it's online. ToP is the basic methodology, but is very much sharing our stories and continuing to reflect with each other.
