Last week a French teacher at a public charter school in Wake Forest, NC caught a lot of flack for posting this poster, which links 'Make America Great Again' to covert white supremacy.

Fox News didn't like it. Neither did many parents.

This 'white supremacy pyramid' (or 'iceberg') chart was adapted from

http://www.racialequitytools.org/resourcefiles/olcese.pdf that reflects an understanding of the 'intersectionality' of oppression.

I highly recommend this document.
