Hello Friends,
This is Genevieve, Del’s youngest daughter, writing to you to give an update on her surgery last night and recovery.
The surgery took approximately five and a half hours. The surgeon said that it could not have gone better and was very pleased. They took only three lymph nodes and will have pathology report on Wednesday, but it was everything as expected. Del is resting comfortably at Tacoma General. Was moved to the Oncology floor today and has a great team of professionals caring for her.
Del asked me to let you know that she is doing well and appreciates your love and support.
