Hi all.

I’m searching for the source of the “concept of proposal” that was central to the LENS process (vision, contradiction, proposal, tactic, implementation.)

I gather that the concept of proposal was borrowed from a French writer in a book about the USA.

Does the author or title ring a bell with anyone?
